On our first night in New York we chose to go to a French restaurant which was close to our hotel. We walked when going because we wanted to see the city at night.
Το πρώτο μας βράδυ στη Νέα Υόρκη επιλέξαμε να πάμε σε ένα γαλλικό εστιατόριο το οποίο ήταν κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο μας. Περπατήσαμε όταν πηγαίναμε γιατί θέλαμε να δούμε την πόλη το βράδυ.
We started our day with a walk in our area. First we went to Central Park and the Museum of New York and then to 5th Avenue for shopping and coffee.
Ξεκινήσαμε τη μέρα μας με βόλτα στην περιοχή μας.Αρχικά πήγαμε στο Central Park και στο Μουσείο της Νέας Υόρκης και στη συνέχεια στη 5th Avenue για ψώνια και καφέ.
New York is a city that has something to offer to anyone who visits it. Cool, cosmopolitan, with lots of people, New York mixes the greatness of the big city with the charm of a small one.
It is made up of 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island.
We travelled with Play, an icelandic airline with a stop in Reykjavik. The flight staff was very polite and helpful and made us feel very comfortable.They offer several flights to the US from Athens including New York, Boston, Washington and Baltimore.
The hotel we stayed in New York was the one Chuck Bass from Gossip Girl,had bought.It was really nice to see it in person.
To ξενοδοχείο που μείναμε στη Νέα Υόρκη ήταν αυτό που αγόρασε ο Τσακ Μπας από τη σειρά Gossip Girl.Ήταν ωραίο να το δω από κοντά.
Central park is so huge you need at least half a day to see most of it and also a lot of walking.If you don’t want to walk,catch the bikes that take you around and pay for each minute a dollar.
Το Central Park είναι τεράστιο και θες τουλάχιστον μισή μέρα για να δεις το περισσότερο.Επιπλέον,θέλει και αρκετό περπάτημα,αλλά αν δεν θες να περπατήσεις τόσο,πάρε ένα από τα ποδήλατα που σε μεταφέρουν, πληρώνοντας για κάθε λεπτό διαδρομής ένα δολάριο.
