Do you remember the La Usurpadora series and Paola Bracho? We had the chance to meet Gaby Spanic in Mexico City and talked to us about her business plans and visiting Greece in the future. She doesn't speak English at all, so the communication was a little difficult. We understand Spanish but we don't speak very well, so a friend of hers helped us with the translation.

Plaid skirts are a big trend this winter, but also a trend that many of us mistakenly wear. Match a plaid skirt with exactly the same plaid top as a set or with the same blazer to make sure you are right. If you don't want to wear a plaid set, you can wear a simple black or white top depending on the plaid color you have with a trench coat for a more elegant look like Blair Waldorf. Don't be afraid to match your plaid skirt with accessories or with different prints like leopards.

Bilbao is one of my favourite cities in Spain. Staying downtown, you can explore the city on foot and relax at the cafes and restaurants next to the river. One of the best spots in town is the rooftop of the Ercilla Hotel where you can have a panoramic view of Bilbao.

Έχεις πολλά πράγματα να κάνεις και αν επιλέξεις να μείνεις στο κέντρο, τότε μπορείς να εξερευνήσεις την πόλη με τα πόδια και να χαλαρώσεις στα όμορφα καφέ και εστιατόρια της πόλης κοντά στο ποτάμι. Bilbao is a really beautiful city with kind people.I absolutely loved it there and although the weather was cool, it didn’t slow me down.Will definitely visit again!

L:Portugal Trip

I don't know if you read our travel guide for Portugal but you should do because you will find useful information for places, hotels and restaurants. The dress i wear for my visit in Sintra is from Revolve.

Δεν ξερω αν διάβασες τον οδηγό μας για την Πορτογαλία, αλλά πρέπει να το κάνεις για να οργανώσεις όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα το ταξίδι σου. Στον οδηγό μας θα βρεις προτάσεις για μέρη, ξενοδοχεία και εστιατόρια. Στο ταξίδι μου στη Σίντρα επέλεξα ένα φόρεμα από τη νέα συλλογή των Revolve.

During summer, i travelled in Spain, Portugal and France with Interrail. My outfits were mostly from Revolve. At Revolve i found unique pieces for my wardrobe such as this green top i wear in Porto.

So Adidas clothes were those we chose for our train trips during summer.The perfect comfy clothes for 10hour trips and also fashionable.We were also ready to hit the gym once we arrived at our destination.Cool,right?

Interrail Trip 2019-Part 3

What to do:

Royal Palace Alcazar: One of the most important sights in Sevilla.The palace was beautiful and the gardens lovely particularly some of the patios within the palace.The price for the ticket is 12.5euros if you book online.There are long queues at the entrance even if you have booked in advance and the staff is rude and unhelpful.We spent almost 2 hours in the palace and we were in a rush.It is not worth the price and the time spent there.

What to do

Castro Fortress and Parque del Monte Castro: A hilltop fortress with a free entrance and an amazing view to the city and the sea.It is somewhat of a hike to the top,but worth the effort.The gardens are also beautiful.A nice contrast to the more modern city.

Ένα φρούριο λόφου με μια ελεύθερη είσοδο και μια εκπληκτική θέα στην πόλη και τη θάλασσα. Είναι  αρκετή η πεζοπορία μέχρι την κορυφή, αλλά αξίζει τον κόπο. Οι κήποι είναι επίσης όμορφοι. Μια ωραία αντίθεση με την μοντέρνα πόλη του Vigo.

Interrail Trip 2019-Part 1

So in general, Bordeaux is not a city high on my list because there are not so many things to do. Also, it is one of the cities I did not feel safe enough. We arrived late at night in the airport after a delay we had and took the bus outside the airport to go to Saint Jean. It is really difficult to find anything at the airport at 22:30 - 23:00 because all the shops were closed and no one was there to help us about where to go to catch the bus. Luckily, we found some Greeks that helped us navigate. The bus ticket cost only 1,30 €.Also,if you stay close to the centre,you may not even need means of transport,but in any case the bus ticket costs 1.30euros.Tram is also a nice way to see the city.

Γενικά το Bordeaux δεν είναι μία πόλη που μας εντυπωσίασε, επειδή δεν υπάρχουν τόσα πολλά πράγματα να κάνεις. Επίσης, είναι μία από τις πόλεις που δεν αισθάνθηκα αρκετά ασφαλής. Φτάσαμε αργά τη νύχτα στο αεροδρόμιο μετά από μια καθυστέρηση που είχαμε και πήραμε το λεωφορείο έξω από το αεροδρόμιο για να πάμε στο σταθμό τρένων Saint Jean. Είναι πραγματικά δύσκολο να βρεις κάποιον για πληροφορίες ή κάτι ανοιχτό στο αεροδρόμιο από τις 22:30 έως τις 23:00, επειδή όλα τα καταστήματα είναι κλειστά και κανείς δεν ήταν εκεί για να μας βοηθήσει για το πού να πάρουμε το λεωφορείο. Ευτυχώς βρήκαμε λίγους Έλληνες που μας βοήθησαν να το βρούμε τελικά. Το εισιτήριο λεωφορείου κοστίζει μόνο 1,30 €.Επίσης,αν μένεις κοντά στο κέντρο,μπορεί να μην χρειαστείς καν μέσα μεταφοράς,αλλά αν θες να μετακινηθείς με λεωφορείο,η τιμή είναι 1,30ευρώ.Υπάρχει και το τραμ αν θες να δεις τη πόλη.

What to do:

Place de la Bourse: Best place in town to take photos. Really beautiful when water comes out. It’s even more beautiful at night when buildings around the place are enlightened and reflected at the biggest water mirror in the world, designed by a famous fountain architect.
Καλύτερη πλατεία στην πόλη για να τραβήξετε φωτογραφίες. Πραγματικά όμορφη όταν βγαίνει νερό από το πάτωμα. Είναι ακόμα πιο όμορφο το βράδυ όταν τα κτίρια γύρω του φωτίζονται και αντανακλώνται στον μεγαλύτερο καθρέφτη νερού στον κόσμο, σχεδιασμένο από έναν διάσημο αρχιτέκτονα σιντριβανιών.

Our Interrail Summer in Spain,Portugal&France

So this summer we decided to go an Interrail trip in 3 countries, France, Spain and Portugal. For this we got the Interrail pass, continuous for 22 days that costs 518euros but comes with a good discount from time to time and you can make an outbound and an inbound trip in your country and countless trips during these 22 days. That means, you can take the train as many times as you like during these 22 days. Remember that each time that you book a train, fees apply.
So 22 continuous days pass:
You can use this Interrail Pass whenever you like, during a set period of 22 days. Travel on as many trains as you like, for long and short trips, without worrying about having a limited number of days.

• Cover lots of ground on a whirlwind trip across Europe.
• Explore anywhere between 6 to 12 countries. How many depends on how quickly you bounce from city to city.
• Ideal for a fast-paced 3 week trip.

We started our trip from Bordeaux where we took the train to Hendaya and from Hendaya the train to Bilbao. For the first trip Bordeaux to Hendaya we took the French TGV train and we reserved on the SNCF site before we started our trip, its cost was app. 17€ /person and for the rest of our trip we used the Euskotren which is the train that runs to Basque country and is not covered by the Interrail pass, this cost 6,35€. We also used Euskotren for the day trip to San Sebastian. This train is really cheap so you won’t have a problem, After Bilbao we took the 12hours Intercity train to Vigo,which we had already booked from the interrail site because it needs 2 days to receive the ticket after you book it and since it was the only train from Bilbao to Vigo,we didn’t want to risk losing it or not finding seats.After this train trip, we took the train to Porto, which was free again and we booked it at the station. From Porto to Lisbon and for all the trains inside Portugal, in order to reserve you go to the train station and pay 5€ for each person.From Lisbon, we took the train to Faro and from there the bus to go to Seville.After Seville to Malaga, again with train.
Έτσι, αυτό το καλοκαίρι αποφασίσαμε να κάνουμε ένα ταξίδι Interrail σε 3 χώρες, τη Γαλλία, την Ισπανία και την Πορτογαλία. Γι 'αυτό πήραμε το Interrail pass, συνεχόμενο για 22 ημέρες που κοστίζει 518ευρώ αλλά το βρίσκεις και με καλή έκπτωση και μπορείς να κάνεις ένα ταξίδι από και προς τη χώρα σου και αμέτρητα ταξίδια κατά τη διάρκεια αυτών των 22 ημερών. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι μπορείς να πάρεις το τρένο όσες φορές θες στις 22 αυτές ημέρες. Να θυμάστε ότι κάθε φορά που κάνεις κράτηση θέσης στο τρένο, ισχύουν χρεώσεις.

Review:A Visit At Caudalie Spa In Paris

If you are in Paris, then you should not miss a facial treatment at a Caudalie store. Caudalie products are one of our favorite and when we went to buy creams and sunscreen for our trip, the girls in the store informed us that we can do a skin test and learn our skin type and how to treat it. After the skin test we went to the specially designed spa area located on the lower floor of the store to do a facial treatment adapted to our skin type and needs.The  facial treatment lasts about 50 minutes and you can choose either anti ageing, firmness or detox treatments. The whole procedure is very relaxing and we left from the Caudalie store more relaxed and revitalized. Especially after our flight was exactly what we needed. The best gift you can do to yourself.

Αν βρίσκεσαι στο Παρίσι, τότε δεν πρέπει να χάσεις ένα facial treatment σε ένα κατάστημα Caudalie. Τα προϊόντα Caudalie είναι από τα αγαπημένα μας για αυτό και όταν πήγαμε να αγοράσουμε κρέμες, αντηλιακά  για το ταξίδι μας, οι κοπέλες στο κατάστημα μας ενημέρωσαν ότι μπορούμε να κάνουμε skin test και να μάθουμε τον τύπο του δέρματος μας και πως πρέπει να περιποιούμαστε την επιδερμίδα μας. Αφού κάναμε το skin test προχωρήσαμε στον ειδικά διαμορφωμένο χώρο του σπα που βρίσκεται στον κάτω όροφο του καταστήματος για να κάνουμε facial treatment προσαρμοσμένο στον τύπο του δέρματος μας. Το facial treatment διαρκεί 50 λεπτά περίπου και επιλέγεις ανάμεσα σε θεραπείες anti ageing, firmness και detox. Η όλη διαδικασία είναι πολύ χαλαρωτική και φύγαμε από το Caudalie store αναζωογονημένες. Ειδικά μετά την πτήση μας ήταν ότι ακριβώς χρειαζόμασταν. Το καλύτερο δώρο που μπορείς να κάνεις στον εαυτό σου.

Review:Masseria Spina,Monopoli

Masseria(=farmhouse) Spina is an estate about 3km away from Monopoli.It’s an ideal vacation hotel,for those looking into relaxation away from the crowds of the city.

The staff of the Masseria is very kind and ready to help with any questions you may have.The rooms are really big like big apartments,equipped with more than enough amenities.You even have a kitchen to cook and a big fridge to store your items,reminding me of room to let in greek islands.

For breakfast,you get a box in your apt with cereal,local juices and biscuits,milk,jams,yogurt so you can have a full breakfast,ready to start your day with energy.

The masseria features a swimming pool as well,if you decide to lounge by the pool and spend your time in the property.Also,you will find many beaches not too far away.Be prepared to have a car with you in order to explore the area,as there are no buses and taxis can be pricey.

A tour of the property,along with olive oil and wine tasting is highly recommended(starting from 12euros)as you get to know more of the property that you are staying in.During the tour you visit rooms around the property that locals used to live in,work there or used for their animals or for colouring the silk.The difference between Masseria Spian and the other masserias around is that you get a touch of history that stays untouched through the time.

After the tour is completed,you may taste local olive oil and also wines,a red and a white.Of course,you may ask for personalised tours according to your taste,prices may vary.

What is cool is that even if you don’t have a room in the masseria you may also visit for the tour itself.

L:My Favourite Greek Island

Santorini is the ultimate destination if you visit the greek islands and as a Greek girl,i have to admit that Santorini is my favourite island.I visit Santorini every year since 2013 i first went.It is not an island that has the best beaches,but it is perfect if you want to go somewhere close to Athens for the weekend and relax(just 1h flight from Athens).Of course its dazzling panoramas and its romantic sunsets make Santorini unforgettable.

Η Σαντορίνη είναι ο απόλυτος προορισμός αν θέλεις να επισκεφτείς τα ελληνικά νησιά και βρίσκεται στην bucket list όλων των travellers του κόσμου.Προσωπικά είναι το αγαπημένο μου νησί,καθώς το επισκέφτομαι κάθε χρόνο από το 2013,από την πρώτη φορά που πήγα.Δεν είναι ένα νησί φημισμένο για τις παραλίες του,όμως είναι τέλειο αν θες να ξεφύγεις λίγο από την Αθήνα το Σαββατοκύριακο και να χαλαρώσεις(μόλις 1 ώρα πτήση).Φυσικά η υπέροχη θέα και τα ρομαντικά ηλιοβασιλέματα κάνουν τη Σαντορίνη αξέχαστη.

M:Cloudy Budapest

So the other day in Budapest was kind of chilly and cloudy which was unexpected since last night was the perfect summer night.So my outfit had to be a little bit warmer so here it is,do you like it?

M:In Budapest

Our first day in Budapest was like a summer one,although we were in May.It was the great weather to explore the city and go up to the fisherman’s bastion.Do you like this outfit?

Bratislava Travel Guide

On the bank of the Danube, roughly halfway between Vienna and Budapest, lies Bratislava.Bratislava is a small city compared to other metropolises, but very beautiful with many sights and places to explore. The capital of Slovakia is an easy city to explore it on foot as we did the 3 nights we stayed there. Bratislava gets a romantic touch thanks to historical buildings, the sculptures around the city, the stone squares and the river of Danube. The Old Town has a magic especially at night where most of the buildings are illuminated. Not far from Bratislava centre, you will find the Bratislava Castle where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the city.

Στις όχθες του ποταμού Δούναβη , σχεδόν ανάμεσα στη Βιέννη και τη Βουδαπέστη, βρίσκεται η Μπρατισλάβα. Η Μπρατισλάβα είναι μια μικρή πόλη συγκριτικά με τις άλλες μεγαλουπόλεις της Ευρώπης,αλλά πολύ όμορφη με πολλά αξιοθέατα και μέρη να ανακαλύψεις.Η πρωτεύουσα της Σλοβακίας είναι εύκολη πόλη για να την εξερευνήσεις με τα πόδια όπως κάναμε και εμείς τις 3 νύχτες που μείναμε εκεί.
Θα μπορούσα να χαρακτηρίσω τη Μπρατισλάβα μια ρομαντική πόλη χάρη στα ιστορικά της κτίρια, τα γλυπτά και τα αγάλματα που συναντάς καθώς περπατάς,τα πλακόστρωτα δρομάκια στην Παλιά Πόλη και ο ποταμός Δούναβης.Η Παλιά Πόλη της Μπρατισλάβα είναι μαγική ιδιαίτερα το βράδυ όπου όλα τα κτίρια είναι φωτισμένα.Λίγο έξω από το κέντρο,θα βρεις το Κάστρο της Μπρατισλάβα όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις την εκπληκτική θέα  της πόλης.

M:Cold Bratislava

So it turned out that May can be really cold in Bratslava.That’s why i had two jackets on.We had to go all the way up to the Devin castle while it was raining and the wind was crazy,but we survived! :D

Φαίνεται ότι ο Μάιος μπορεί να είναι πολύ κρύος μήνας στη Μπρατισλάβα.Γι’αυτό και φορούσα 2 τζάκετ.Αυτή τη μέρα έπρεπε να ανεβούμε πάνω στο κάστρο Ντέβιν ενώ έβρεχε και φυσούσε.Παρόλα αυτά επιζήσαμε.

M:Beautiful Vienna

Vienna is such a beautiful and calm city with lovely people.Especially,if you experience it with sun then it offers unlimited choices of things to do.Why not start with a walk and visit to the shops in the centre,right?

Η Βιέννη είναι μία πολύ όμορφη και ήρεμη πόλη με φιλικούς ανθρώπους.Ειδικά,αν την επισκεφτείς με ήλιο,τότε προσφέρει απεριόριστες επιλογές για το πως θα περάσεις τη μέρα σου.Γιατί να μη ξεκινήσεις με μια βόλτα στα μαγαζιά του κέντρου;
