To enjoy Rome, but also to see all the sights it offers, you need to dedicate at least 5 days.
Η Ρώμη είναι μια από τις σημαντικότερες πρωτεύουσες του κόσμου και δεν γίνεται να μην βρίσκεται στην bucket list σου,αν δεν την έχεις ήδη επισκεφτεί. Μια πόλη η οποία συνδυάζει τα πάντα,το παλιό με το καινούριο , την ησυχία με τη φασαρία και φυσικά για πολλούς ανθρώπους παραμένει η αγαπημένη τους πόλη στον κόσμο.
Για να απολαύσεις τη Ρώμη, αλλά και να δεις όλα τα αξιοθέατα που προσφέρει,χρειάζεται να αφιερώσεις τουλάχιστον 5 μέρες.
What to do:
1)Colosseum: The famous amphitheater of Rome. The ticket is at € 12.00, adult, at € 7.50: reduced for EU residents from 18 to 25 years old and free of charge for children up to 18 years old. In addition, if you are in Rome on the 1st Sunday of the month most museums and attractions are free of charge.
2)Pantheon: A wonderful ancient Roman temple located in Piazza della Rotonda, the entrance is free of charge.
3)Roman market: Take a walk in the Roman market and wander through Ancient Rome. You can book an online ticket to avoid waiting in the queue.You can also combine the Roman market with a walk at the historic center.

Fontana di Trevi: Do not forget to make a wish by tossing a coin. Tradition says that anyone who throws a coin with his back on the fountain will definitely come back to Rome at some time. If you want to take the perfect photo at the fountain, wake up at 6: 30 in order to avoid the crowd. Of course, you can go for a walk in the area.
5)Piazza di Spagna and Spanish Steps: Walk from the Colosseum to the Spanish Steps and see the sights all the way. The walk takes about 30 minutes, but it's worth it.
6)Castel Sant'Angelo: The castle, one of the most beautiful castles in the city, has been named after Archangel Michael, so you will notice that it has his statue on the top of the castle.
7)Trastevere: If you want to visit a neighborhood away from tourists and crowds and also to find authentic italian food. It has unique streets with beautiful small old houses, trattorias and romantic squares, a very picturesque area of Rome.
8)Galleria Borghese, Villa Borghese: The best gallery in Rome.You can take a stroll through the wonderful gardens of the park and head to Villa Borghese.
9)Piazza Navona: One of the most beautiful squares in the city with architectural and sculptural elements. It is worth drinking your coffee, but also buying gelato by taking a walk in the square
10)Piazza del Popolo: From this square all the shopping streets of the city start. You can admire churches and fountains in the square and then go for shopping.

1) Κολοσσαίο : Το γνωστό αμφιθέατρο της Ρώμης.Το εισιτήριο είναι στα 12,00 €, ολόκληρο ,στα 7,50 € : μειωμένο, για τους κατοίκους της ΕΕ από 18 μέχρι 25 χρονών και δωρεάν για τα παιδιά ως 18 χρονών.Επιπλέον, αν είσαι στη Ρώμη την 1η Κυριακή του μήνα τα περισσότερα μουσεία και αξιοθέατα είναι δωρεάν.
2)Πάνθεον :υπέροχος αρχαίος Ρωμαϊκός ναός ο οποίος βρίσκεται στην Piazza della Rotonda,η είσοδος είναι δωρεάν.
3)Ρωμαϊκή αγορά : Κάνε μια βόλτα στη Ρωμαϊκή αγορά και περιπλανήσου στην Αρχαία Ρώμη.Μπορείς να κλείσεις εισιτήριο online για να μην περιμένεις στην ουρά. Συνδύασε τη Ρωμαϊκή αγορά με μια βόλτα στο ιστορικό κέντρο.
4)Fontana di Trevi : Μην ξεχάσεις να κάνεις ευχή πετώντας ένα κέρμα.Η παράδοση λέει ότι όποιος πετάξει ένα κέρμα με γυρισμένη την πλάτη στο συντριβάνι θα επιστρέψει σίγουρα κάποια στιγμή στη Ρώμη.Αν θες να βγάλεις την τέλεια φωτογραφία στο συντριβάνι,ξύπνα κατά τις 6:30 για να έχεις το συντριβάνι δικό σου.Φυσικά, μπορείς να εκμεταλλευτείς την ώρα για να κάνεις και μια βόλτα στην περιοχή.
5)Piazza di Spagna και ισπανικά σκαλιά : Περπάτησε από το Κολοσσαίο στα ισπανικά σκαλιά και δες τα αξιοθέατα σε όλη τη διαδρομή.Η διαδρομή διαρκεί περίπου 30 λεπτά,αλλά αξίζει.
6) Καστέλ Σαντ΄Άντζελο :Το κάστρο,ένα από τα πιο όμορφα κάστρα της πόλης, έχει πάρει το όνομά του από τον Αρχάγγελο Μιχαήλ, γι'αυτό όπως θα παρατηρήσετε έχει ένα άγαλμα δικό του στην κορυφή του κάστρου.
7)Trastevere: Αν θέλεις να επισκεφτείς μια γειτονιά μακριά από τουρίστες και πολυκοσμία,αλλά και να γευτείς αυθεντικό φαγητό. Έχει μοναδικά δρομάκια με όμορφα μικρά παλιά σπίτια,τρατορίες και ρομαντικές πλατείες, μια πολύ γραφική περιοχή της Ρώμης.
8)Galleria Borghese,Villa Borghese : Η καλύτερη γκαλερί της Ρώμης.Για να πας στη γκαλερί,μπορείς να κάνεις μια βόλτα στους υπέροχους κήπους του πάρκου και να κατευθυνθείς στη Villa Borghese.
9) Piazza Navona : Από τις πιο όμορφες πλατείες της πόλης με αρχιτεκτονικά και γλυπτικά στοιχεία.Αξίζει να πιεις τον καφέ σου,αλλά και να αγοράσεις gelato κάνοντας μια βόλτα στην πλατεία.
10)Piazza del Popolo : Από αυτή την πλατεία ξεκινούν όλοι οι shopping streets της πόλης. Μπορείς να θαυμάσεις τις εκκλησίες και τα συντριβάνια στην πλατεία και στη συνέχεια να πας για ψώνια.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Rome with a vintage feeling.It is situated in an historic building that was once used as accommodation for officers from the nearby Castro Pretorio barracks. The prestigious purpose of the building meant that it was designed and built with great care.During the restoration of the original features, extraordinary frescoes were found on the ceilings of some of the rooms and common areas, and these have now been carefully restored.The staff is really friendly and make you feel like home.The breakfast is delicious and the coffee as well.Loved our stay there!
Αυτό είναι ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο στην καρδιά της Ρώμης με vintage αίσθηση. Βρίσκεται σε ένα ιστορικό κτήριο που κάποτε χρησιμοποιούνταν ως κατάλυμα για αξιωματικούς από τους κοντινούς στρατώνες Castro Pretorio. Ο κύριος σκοπός του κτιρίου σήμαινε ότι σχεδιάστηκε και κατασκευάστηκε με μεγάλη προσοχή. Κατά την αποκατάσταση των αρχικών χαρακτηριστικών, βρέθηκαν εξαιρετικές τοιχογραφίες στις οροφές μερικών δωματίων και κοινόχρηστων χώρων, και αυτές έχουν πλέον αποκατασταθεί προσεκτικά. Το προσωπικό είναι πραγματικά φιλικό και σας κάνει να νιώσετε σαν στο σπίτι σας. Το πρωινό είναι νόστιμο και ο καφές επίσης. Μου άρεσε η διαμονή μας εκεί!
Where to Eat
It is better to avoid tourist places for food. Our suggestion is La Madre, where it is a bit hard to find even with gps, but once you find it ,the place and the food will compensate you, read the review here.
Trastevere is a good choice for authentic Italian food, as well as Aroma Restaurant at Palazzo Manfredi.

Είναι καλύτερο να αποφύγεις τα τουριστικά μέρη για φαγητό. Η δική μας πρόταση είναι το La Madre,όπου είναι λίγο δύσκολο να το βρεις ακόμα και με gps ,αλλά μόλις το βρεις ο χώρος και το φαγητό θα σε αποζημιώσουν, διάβασε το review εδώ.
Η περιοχή Trastevere είναι μια καλή επιλογή για αυθεντικό ιταλικό φαγητό,αλλά και το Aroma Restaurant στο ξενοδοχείο Palazzo Manfredi.
This is a cafe,diner and sports bar.We visited for dinner and pizza for a night out near our hotel and had a great time.We tried the pizza carbonara,diavola and the pasta carbonara as well.The coffee at the end of the meal was really tasty and the place works from the morning as a bakery so you can also have a snack and a coffee.
Αυτό είναι ένα καφέ, diner και αθλητικό μπαρ. Επισκεφθήκαμε για δείπνο και πίτσα για μια βραδινή έξοδο κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο μας και περάσαμε υπέροχα. Δοκιμάσαμε επίσης την πίτσα carbonara, diavola και τα ζυμαρικά carbonara. Ο καφές στο τέλος του γεύματος ήταν πραγματικά νόστιμος και το μέρος λειτουργεί από το πρωί ως αρτοποιείο, ώστε να μπορείτε επίσης να απολαύσετε ένα σνακ και έναν καφέ.

A beautiful lounge bar and restaurant at the Tiber river.It has a really nice atmosphere and you enjoy great tapas and cocktails by the river.It is really relaxing and everything is really tasty.We tried the musky octopus fried paper cones,ham and figs tapas,pani puri,salmon tartare,baja's burritos,selection of cocottes like tzatziki,hummus,etc. Everything was great and the staff really kind and all this on a barge moored on the Tiber banks, in the heart of Rome.
Ένα όμορφο lounge bar και εστιατόριο στον ποταμό Τίβερη. Έχει μια πραγματικά ωραία ατμόσφαιρα και απολαμβάνετε υπέροχα τάπας και κοκτέιλ δίπλα στον ποταμό. Είναι πραγματικά χαλαρωτικό και όλα είναι πραγματικά νόστιμα. Δοκιμάσαμε το τηγανιτό χταπόδι, ζαμπόν και σύκα σε τάπας, πανί πουρί, ταρτάρ σολομού, μπούριτος του Baja, επιλογή κοκκοτέ όπως τζατζίκι, χούμους κλπ. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα και το προσωπικό πραγματικά ευγενικό και όλα πάνω σε ποταμόπλοιο αγκυροβολημένο στις όχθες του Τίβερη, στην καρδιά της Ρώμης.
